Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from CraftyAlpha via craftyalpha.com or any CraftyAlpha product. Each product may have additional terms specific to that product.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; the current paid period continues until its end date. We do not generally refund partial subscription periods, but if you believe something has gone wrong (a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a service issue) email us within 14 days and we'll put it right.

One-time purchases

For one-time purchases of digital products or licences, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been substantially used. This sits alongside any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law.

How to request a refund

Email billing@craftyalpha.com with the email address used for the purchase and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within five working days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — almost all billing issues can be resolved directly and faster.

CraftyAlpha is based in Scotland. Governed by Scots law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
