CraftyAlpha is an independent software studio based in Scotland, run by a single experienced web and app developer. Every product is designed, built, deployed and supported by the same person — which is exactly why the work stays focused.

The model is simple: build small, useful products; monetise them from day one; keep the ones that grow; sell the ones that find a better home elsewhere. No funding rounds, no growth-at-all-costs, no padding. Just clean software people pay for.

The CraftyAlpha brand exists so that buyers know what they are looking at: a Scotland-based independent studio with clean books, signed IP, real users and revenue history. Currently operated as a UK sole trader (pre-incorporation); the business will incorporate as a Scottish limited company once traction warrants it. That makes acquisitions easy when they happen — and keeps things calm when they don't.
