Hello, world. Why CraftyAlpha exists.

Most of the things I''ve wanted to build over the years didn''t fit inside a single product. Different audiences, different revenue models, different reasons for existing — but a shared pattern underneath: small, opinionated software made by an operator who actually uses it.

CraftyAlpha is the holding company that gives those bets a home. One operator, a shared design system, a shared infrastructure spine, and a public build log so the whole thing stays honest.

A few principles up front:

• Ship narrow, ship done. Each product solves one problem cleanly before stretching.
• Public by default. Wins, breakages, revenue milestones — all in the open.
• Boring tech, sharp UX. Next.js, Supabase, Stripe. Nothing exotic on the plumbing; everything intentional on the surface.
• Optionality. Every product is built so it could be sold, spun out, or kept. The portfolio compounds either way.
